The annual budget is a strategic document that guides the delivery of Township services and programs. It helps set priorities and supports the long-term vision and growth of the Township. Your feedback is an important part of this process and helps inform budget decisions and service levels. For more information regarding the annual Budget Process view the FAQ.
All proposed 2026 Budget documents are available on our Budget Page. The Township will be holding a Public Information Meeting on January 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Office (7404 Wellington Road 34) and electronically via Zoom to receive comments regarding the proposed 2026 Budget. The public meeting agenda will be posted one week prior to the meeting at Puslinch.ca/Calendar. If you are unable to attend, please provide your comments through the survey below.

(Completed October 2025): User Fees and Charges By-law. The Township begins its annual Budget process by reviewing and updating its User Fees and Charges By-law. User Fees are an important tool for collecting fees directly from the user who is benefitting from a service rather than the service being partially or wholly funded through property taxes. For example, those submitting Planning Act applications to re-zone their property pay an application fee (or user fee) to the Township which funds the processing of their application.
The 2026 User Fees and Charges By-law was approved by Council on October 29, 2025 and is available at Puslinch.ca/By-laws.
