The Township of Puslinch (Township) depends on revenue from property taxes and user fees and charges to provide quality Township services and programs. Many of the Township’s services are funded by property taxes, however in some cases the Township charges a direct user fee to the individual/organization benefitting from the service.
The Township and the County of Wellington (County) are responsible for providing different services. Township user fees and charges are to support Township services. The Township does not have control over setting County service standards or fees, as that is a responsibility of County Council. The chart below lists the services provided by the Township and the County.

The Township will be holding a Public Information Meeting on September 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments regarding the proposed 2023 User Fees and Charges. The Township wants to hear your comments regarding its proposed 2023 User Fees and Charges. All comments will be provided to Council for consideration at an upcoming Council Meeting and prior to approval of the 2023 User Fees and Charges By-law.
